Formalities
- Preliminary Agreement - available two options: as written agreement or notarial act - The Client is decisive on this issue. In order to bring Preliminary Agreement into effect the Client has been obliged to pay 20% of value of the apartment/facility space/parking place to the Company's account within three weekdays since the agreement was signed. Following 75% is to be paid until the end of the building process ( 0 months) as monthly instalments. Remaining 5% sholud be paid while the final notarial act is signed by the Client.
- Sale Contract - signed when the bulding process is completed exclusively in the form of notarial act which is the basis of property rights transfer.
